There’s also an option to send a different message to senders outside your organization. As of March 2024, you can still use the older Mail and Calendar apps on existing devices. However, Microsoft plans to phase them out by the end of the year, making the new Outlook 2024 (Outlook for Windows) the default email client. In most cases, your account can be recovered and mistakes can be fixed.

The process of reading the OST file and then exporting it to PST takes a significant amount of time.
